She provides specialist legal advice to both employees and employers. Her employment law specialisms span discrimination and inequality in the workplace; redundancy; constructive dismissal and unfair dismissal; employment contracts and employment policies; employment tribunal cases; employee rights; settlement agreements; non-disclosure agreements; and restrictive covenants/post-termination restrictions.
She works across all three Milners’ offices in Leeds, Harrogate and Pontefract and shares our aims to provide all employment law clients with good, local, efficient and fast advice.
Danielle is also a member of the team which provides our employment law and HR support services protection package, tailored for SMEs and medium-sized businesses. She also contributes to our employment law newsletter.
Her experience extends beyond employment law into our other specialisms. Having joined Milners in April 2007, Danielle has also worked within our Debt Recovery, Personal Injury, Family, Employment, Professional Negligence and Corporate and Commercial teams during her career.
Danielle is a Graduate of CILEx (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) having studied part-time during her career at Milners. She is currently completing her required portfolio which is the final stage in becoming a Fellow of CILEx.
Outside of employment law and other legal work, Danielle enjoys putting her artistic skills to use, reading, as well as spending time with friends and family.
