Giles is Milners’ Head of Litigation. He has been practising law since the early 1990s and represents clients both nationally and internationally. Giles has considerable expertise in all forms of tribunal and substantial trial experience in both court and arbitration. He is often instructed on extremely sensitive and complicated matters by institutions, charities, companies and individuals alike.

Victoria joined Milners in 2008 as a solicitor. At that time she specialised in asset-related recovery and dispute resolution. She acted for local, national and international companies and advised on administrations, individual voluntary arrangements, bankruptcy and winding up petitions. Victoria is now part of the Management Team, working closely with Simon Bass, the Managing Partner. She is responsible for the firm’s compliance and is also involved in the day to day running of the firm.
