General Experience
Having qualified in April 2008 at Milners Solicitors my main areas of work are Commercial Litigation and Insolvency.  I specialise in asset finance related recovery and dispute resolution and act for local, national and international companies.

I advise on administrations, individual voluntary arrangements, Bankruptcy and Winding Up Petitions. I also am involved in disputed contractual issues surrounding the sales of goods, negligence and misrepresentation.  I act on behalf of a number of large blue chip organisations who deal specifically with asset finance, factoring and invoice discounting.

I not only seek to provide the best legal advice to my clients but also endeavor to find the most appropriate and workable solution to problems.

Background
I qualified on 15 April 2008 and joined Milners Solicitors in March 2008. The majority of my training contract was carried out at Jordans Solicitors in Wakefield.

Interests
Having participated in the London and New York Marathons I enjoy running as well as skiing and cycling and I watch most sports.
