- Involved in numerous asset finance disputes including an aircraft mortgage dispute, recovery of high value print equipment, and a multi million pound dispute concerning the provision of finance, commissions and credit insurance in the UK motor sector
- Frequently involved in applications for injunctive relief on behalf of clients e.g. freezing, delivery up injunctions
- Conducted numerous appeals to the Court of Appeal
