Commercial Property with emphasis on retail and industrial leases for tenants.  Broad experience acting for landlords granting leases and in the sale and purchase of commercial property including options to purchase and in agreements relating to land and property generally.

Experience in landlord and tenant issues and licences required by tenants and landlords and experienced in residential portfolio purchases sales and management  and dealing with the property aspects of company acquisitions and sales.

Qualified in 2001 and joined Milners in 2010 after working in the Commercial Property Team at Eversheds LLP.
